For those that want a lighter, more flexible rear brace we have the original PETG Plastic Clam Shell Brace Set.

Comes as 4 plastic pieces and 16x Stainless Steel Screws/Nyloc Nuts.

This support brace helps to easily stiffen up the rear end of the new Losi Super Baja Rey 2.0 (It also doubles as a dust, mud and stone shield too!).

There is a known issue of extreme excessive flex in the rear portion of the roll cage/body and this brace set helps to reduce that flex down to about half; while still allowing a little natural flex in the body to avoid over stressing body parts during heavy landings and crashes.

Fitting is easy: Remove the body shell from your Losi SBR 2.0. Then, simply line the 2 halves of each brace up over the existing roll cage (use the photos to ensure correct orientation of the brace to the car), and screw in the screws into the captive nuts. Do not overtighten the screws. Repeat on both sides and then replace your bodyshell.

Please note: These support braces do not completely eliminate the rear flex on the SBR 2.0, they reduce it down by about 50%, so there is still (intentionally) some give in the rear body after fitment. If you are planning to jump and bash your truck a lot, please consider purchasing the heavy duty stainless steel braces instead of these lightweight braces.
